Maximum comfort for my trip from Central London to Luton Airport.
I recommend!
Victoria station is a photographer’s dream. It is such a beautifully designed piece of architecture. Even if you do not use the rail, it would be worth popping your head in to see the interior of this structure. It is buzzing with activity and fun to see in person!
Whatever you do, don't use their online booking website, chances are you won't ever get to Victoria!
Used the 702 from Victoria to Windsor as the fare is capped at £2. Was hoping for some old school Green Line luxury, but it wasn’t to be.
It was a hot day on a stifling hot bus, which took most of the journey to leave zone 2 in London. The bus was quite old and the USB ports that were available didn’t work at any point. For £2 it was ok, but can’t imagine why people would use this service regularly.
I got the 703 after from Windsor to Heathrow T5 and the bus was even older and had no USB ports and was late arriving. A sad demise of a once famous brand!!
It's ok but you can not buy anything, the crossroad is only on the one side and the person checking tickets is on the opposite. On the other hand lots of buses and coaches teveling to very many different directions
Scheduled London Night Bus Tour with Golden Tour for 6 pm. Missed our bus as we were waiting on the other side. Saw another GT bus and followed it to the other side of Colonnade Walk. Went to the office, explained our situation. They were patient and understood everything. Got us on the 7pm tour that was full. We stayed on the downstairs part of the bus but it was still a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was very animated, funny and well versed with his history telling.
We had to take the bus from the next station since the road was closed. You need to have some time to orientate there.
Super upbeat Greenline bus driver from Luton Airport to Victoria on 16th January 2023, full of humour and positivity
Location of the stop at Victoria is not properly described on website- pretty basic info not there. They have a dead link for the Stansted / Herts service on their main website which has been that way for more than a year. That has to tell you something about the professionalism (or lack of)
You get buses to different parts of England from here. The green line bus to Reading is a good one.
